One of our objectives is to provide a total customer commitment by anticipating and promptly responding to our customers needs through continual staff training.

At ESA, our engineers and sales team work closely with our principals to provide constructive feedback so that improvement or enhancement can be made to the equipment.

Our team provides a full spectrum of service including online, phone, email and site service support, installation and commission, maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration and software or hardware upgrades for all our leading products. In short, we will be there for you, in any situation you face.

In some cases, we will provide Operational, Technical and Maintenance Training courses to our valued customers. Such training courses can be custom-designed to meet our valued customer unique needs, and can even be conducted at customers’ site if preferred.

ESA is always ready to meet any on our customers’ demands. We currently have Regional Customer Service Engineers stationed in Thailand and Malaysia (Penang and Kuala Lumpur) to respond and support timely upon requests and to minimize any machines downtime in these countries.
